Returns & Exchanges

At MinimalBijoux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn jewelry in its original MinimalBijoux packaging to ensure the pieces remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
